Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting, by creating strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring need •
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements •
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews •
- Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving them through the interview process in a timely manner •
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates •
- Produce weekly recruitment metrics and dashboards (via Greenhouse ATS) •
- Carry out all telephone screens with candidates ahead of submission to business •
- Carry out any formal online assessment or tests Requirements Qualifications /

- experience working as an end-to-end in-house recruiter. •
- Experience working within a SaaS-based, high-growth tech start-up environment is a MUST. •
- Knowledge of ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Strong relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate •
